After so much trust left with Disappointment & Shock

I am extremely disappointed , after being promised that once I have contacted all my previous debt companies and get Paid up letters and send my divorce certificate through I will receive my clearance certificate .I am now told that i still can not get my clearance certificate without an affidavit , This man is not even available any longer , not even sure if his still in SA , and have been divorced for a while yet I am being punished after being promised the document
