Accounts Not Paid But Money Deducted

I have been receiving calls from African bank that payment for February was not received from Debt Busters. Why when you have deducted the full premium from my bank account on the 15th? I have checked Smartcents and my Hyphen ststaement and it shows the balance of R0.00 for African Bank. Why is that? Where is my money going to? Are you aware that missing a payment affects my credit record which uou are supposed to be fixing? Some accounts have been paid off but you have no decency to send paid up letters. Where is the money for the paid up accounts going to? Will take this with Ombudsman if you dont resolve it ASAP
