Account Terminated

I went under debt review with DebtBusters in March of this year and was impressed with how effortless and assuring the process was. The financial advisor I dealt with was amazing. The negotiations went well and all my creditors agreed and I was of the understanding I would no longer have the stress of having debt. 6 months later, I am in the most aggravating situation because one of my creditors(Nedbank) has terminated my debt review because of non payments while money has been deducted from my account since March to be paid to my creditors. This all started at the beginning of August, I received a phone call from one of your consultants that Nedbank sent me a notification that payment was not being made and that they will terminate the process, she advised me to ignore that because Nedbank sent it in error. Which is what I did. The first week of September, I started getting consumer phone calls and messages that I am going to be handed over and summoned because I have not made arrangements to pay my Nedbank account. I contacted Nedbank and they advise me that my debt review has been terminated at the end of August. I got in touch with DebtBusters and told them Nedbank requires a court order confirmation that I am under debt review to have my account reinstated. I sent DebtBusters all this information and they advised me they will get in touch with Nedbank with proof that payment has been made and to have my debt review reinstated. Yesterday I received an email from DebtBusters saying the accoubt has been terminated and now I must make my own arrangements to settle the account. I find this extremely unfair and I feel I need to take legal action against your company because you have failed to pay the agreed amounts. I checked my Hyphen statements and the payments that are being made to Nedbank is not the agreed amounts and which is in fact less. I have been going back and forth with consultants since the beginning of September and my issue has still not been resolved other than I must make my own arrangements to make payments. I feel your company is at fault here as I have an agreement with you and someone needs to sort this out. I have been requesting to speak to management but to date not one manager has called me back. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and at my wits end. I have no idea how I can sort this out and no one at your company is willing to assist me. If my debt review with Nedbank does not get reinstated, I will need to go the legal route to see how this can be resolved. There was a reason why I went into debt review, and this has given me more stress and anxiety than ever before.

I am going to the ombudsman as this is beyond ridiculous. This is still becoming my problem as your company failed to have my account reinstated with Nedbank. I have not defaulted any of my payments to your company, however you failed to pay Nedbank the agreed upon amount and now they are refusing to reinstate. I don't think it's fair as I have now been handed over to lawyers and my credit score is being affected by your company's negligence. I need someone with authority to make a payment arrangement with Nedbank because I went into an agreement with your company and you have failed to make the agreed upon payment as per the contract signed. I thought going under debt review would be a stress free process, however this has not been resolved since August and no one seems to give me a good enough reason as to why and how this can be resolved. I am going to take this further as you have been taking my money for months now and not made the correct payments. I do not believe that you have no way of getting Nedbank to agree to have my account reinstated. This is extremely unfair.
