Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I am beyond disgusted with the abysmal service I have received from DebtBusterSA. For one, their communication is practically non-existent. I have been diligently making my debt repayments as per the agreed upon amount, trusting the monthly statements they sent me. But as I approached the end of my debt review, they suddenly claim there are additional balances that were never once reflected in any of the statements I received! This is beyond unacceptable and reeks of incompetence or worse, deceit.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind in working towards becoming debt free, DO NOT even think about using this company. Their service is a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
