ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
I am writing this to express my absolute disgust and frustration with the level of service or complete lack thereof I have received from DebtBusters. Zero Communication: Promises of follow-ups or callbacks that never happen, leaving me completely in the dark Lack of Accountability: Having to repeatedly chase for basic updates or resolution on issues that should have been handled promptly. Unprofessionalism: A clear disregard for customer service and basic efficiency. Your Consultants should be trained properly so they can understand what it is that they are doing. The service was NEVER this BAD..
