Absolutely average
Not very good customer service. You constantly follow up and querying with creditors, when they should be doing so. Not to mention it's very difficult to get a hold of the debt counselor, esp. when something is wrong. Otherwise they got the process complete I guess. Just ensure you are on top of your balances. Overall, a reluctant 3 out of 5.
