A word of appreciation for excellent service

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Devon Leo who phoned me on 28 May 2022 to offer some alternatives for my monthly payments. I especially appreciate the fact that he immediately switch to Afrikaans when I addressed him in Afrikaans. This is a very rare occurrence in businesses today.

He showed empathy with my situation and listened patiently as I was explaining my current situation to him. He was professional, yet friendly.

He also followed up the telephone call with an email which, to me, illustrated his commitment to excellent service.
