51 months overall experience, 43 months very bad but the strong finish impressed

Thank you so much Bilqeez Jacobs and Mr. CEO, I battled for 13 months to get an issue sorted between my account you guys handled and FNB, but so happy you sorted it out in less than 3 weeks. Only thing that makes me sad was that I first had to make a scene and threats, and also track down the CEO through my dad who has him on LinkedIn before stuff really started moving, I am so impressed and grateful to Bilqeez for her hard work on this. I really have not had a very good overall experience and at points I wanted to cry and pull my hair out. I was so furious some of the days, I've sent over 400 mails for various issues over a span of 43 months. But with all that being said, I would definitely recommend Debt busters if they can keep the client relationship and work ethic that Bilqeez has. Perhaps they just had a couple of bad apples when I started out with them back in Jan 2019
