3 Years after cancellation, same debt review status!!!!!!

In 2015 my husband and i cancelled our debt review with Debtbusters. This was before the process went through the courts (no case number),before it left their legal department (their own admission) and before ANY monies were paid to them. We were sent the cancellation form which states that our names had to be removed from the debt review status.........more than THREE years on, guess what - we are still under debt review. I have asked them to take the status off, they either refuse or say that they cannot help me. I have in the meantime cleared 99% of my debt on my own, but i am stuck with this status. NOT happy.
