17.w request
I send them lot of complains but no solution, lastly I did asked them to give me 17.w they refused. it's like I am trapped and their for my side is very poor, they increase my installment without explanation, no communication, 2 accounts has been terminated from their services they never talk to me until, I receive the communication from the creditors, I forwarded them the the communication from the creditors, they still can't give explanation everymonth they took the increased installment that they fail to explain why it has increased after 5 months, differs from court concerns order
