17.1 form of ex wife not joint to ex husband divorced over a year

I don't really understand why debt busters are so much of an inconvenience when they claim they help you from the beginning.

I cancelled services with them because I was never happy with their funds destruction, fast forward to that I paid up all my debt unfortunately when joined I joined together with my now ex wife which I have been divorced since 19 October 2021.

I have managed to get my clearance Certificate because I managed to finish my debt after the divorce, she unfortunately hasn't been able to finish hers, which because a problem because I asked Debt Busters to issue an amended 17.1 separately as I have been issued a clearance letter by them. All I need is a 17.1 form that's not joint anymore.. a 17.1 form under my ex wife's name and I'm told it can't be done because when we joined we were married but tye divorce and court order currently nullifies the marriage. This is required by my home loan application. Can someone resolve this because it's really really annoying to do everything to progress your life and get stopped by the people who said are helping
