12 Year and yet my name is not cleared as yet.

So I did my report on Hello Peter on 13 August 2020. Stating that I want to clear my name and that it has been 8 to 10 years and this is still reflecting on my name. A lady from Debtbusters then gave met a call and inform me that it is fact 12 years since I was placed under debt review. All debt has been paid. She then promised to forward me the letter stating that I am in fact not on debt review, so that I can start the process to clear my name. Still no letter , no follow up, no nothing. Maybe if I might another 8 years i will receive a loyalty reward...... Please debtbusters keep your word and give me my letter.
