Took a debt review with them for the last 10 months, but my credits are just going up not down

Further to your comments above as I have now received your information.
You signed up for Debt Review in Feb 2016.
- you made 4 payments against your Debt review
- We had acceptances from your creditors at near to 0%
- All Service charges where withdrawn.
- We requested that you return your confirmatory affidavit to set the matter down in court. (No less than 5 times)
- The circumstances you find yourself in are a result of your own making as you stopped paying your debt review refused to return your confirmatory affidavit.
- This is not a result of Debt Therapy not doing their part.
