Most of their personnel need retraining, they can't handle clients in a professional manner. Its only one lady who is well trained and does follow up on the client's complaints. Zayaanr is the lady that will keep clients informed and updated. I wish most of their personnel would learn from her how to deal with clients. Keep up the good customer service to the clients. I wish the rest may learn from her. .
