Misleading calls and marketing

DC Partner for Debt solutions Co. is a very misleading and deceiving company. They called me saying they want to help me by removing me from debt review that I was initially wrongfully placed by DC Partner for CDS Consulting (Pty) after I agreed for debt consolidation not debt review. In fact they have also signed me up for debt review again just under their name. They misled me and they forged a contract that I never signed or saw. They never sent me a contract through email. I only saw the contract after I went to query the R23,000.00 that they had debited from my account.

I never signed any contract with them, never approved a debit order but they went on to take R23000.00 from my account. The contract says I'm single, and not married, while I am married in community of property and have 3 kids. On the contract one of the signatures has borders to show that it was copied from somewhere and pasted.

The IP addresses under my alleged signature doesn't tally with the IP address of my phone that they claim I used to sign.

When I call them, they're extremely rude starting from Akisha, who kept avoiding my calls and then sent me through to another guy who they said is in the department that can help me. We tried to talk to him and explain with my husband, what a rude man, he even cut the call on me and my husband. He was avoiding all the questions he was asked. We asked him if the call recordings that they made to me from the start are available, and whether I was going to get my R23000. 00 back as that was not my initial agreement with them. He refused to answer those 2 questions and cut the call. He called me using this number +***.

The email address under my name is theirs ***. Most likely this was done so that I don't receive emails to my direct email.

I also mentioned on their WhatsApp number +***8 that I hope they are not putting me on debt review and the person that I was talking to said NO. The number comes out as Debt Busiwa Lorren Debt Solution on true caller.

All I want is for these guys to give me my money back as this was not what I agree to. I also want my name to be removed from debt review as I never agreed to be on debt review. I also want the so called contract that they said I signed to be terminated with immediate effect. They misled me, and reaped off my whole salary. This is unacceptable. I would also want this case to be investigated and I need answers.

Lastly I need answers on what criteria did they use to put me on debt review as I am not struggling to pay my debts and both myself and my husband are working and managing well to pay all our dues. Who verifies that I qualify to be under debt review.
