Our offices called you on various occasions, the last time being on 9 October 2023, at which time you informed our consultant that you did not want to communicate with our offices as such, we were unable to assist you further as you failed, refused or neglected to allow us to assist you. We confirm that we cannot proceed without your instructions.
We are more than happy to proceed with your credit rehabilitation and we confirm that a consultant will contact you again to discuss the way forward.
