Terrible service

I signed up with them in May on a 5 month plan to help me clear my name (credit report). I have sent them all the necessary documents, 4 months later, I have not seen any difference nothing. September is my last payment yet I still see no work done on my side. They keep saying they are waiting on the credit bureau. I was told I would see a difference after a few payments but nothing! I have to keep calling them, and they hang up.
