Recognition of Good Service and Bad experience

Good day

I would like to take this opportunity and Congratulate Thobile Makhazi for her excellent work in her Debt Review department, my Clearance Certificate was received in a short period of time after the matter was escalated to her, She deserve all credit.

However, there are still a lot of other useless staff members who made my issue to drag for over one year period and till now I am still not resolved instead they made me pay additional money for nothing but I had to pay because I felt like I had no other choice. Ongiphile tries but I think she doesn't have much authorities to get things done .... All other people was engaging with were all useless with no hope of prosperity.

Please note that Bernard is still phoning me till today about Damelin account but not even a single actual call
