Poor service and empty promises

My name is sithembiso luvuno I'm having an issue where it's been over a year Now since I have been waiting to be removed Under dept review. I have already lost hope in you guys because I feel like my issue won't be resolved. Honestly I feel like I have been ****med because What they promised the never delivered Even worse Bennett is failing to update me every time I must call Ncamisile because because he doesn't even answer My phone calls this it's very unprofessional. Your service it's very poor.

Wen i call every time I have been told the same story (That we been waiting for proscription later from MBD regarding your two Capitec accounts ) This it's been going on for a while now

Since I have not received what I have paid for Can I please be refunded the once off payment that I paid in November 2022 a sum of R4590.00
