Pathetic service at it best
It is clear that Debt Repair Solutions has no interest in the bad publicity. I complained about Bernard for never be incontact with me with regards to my unresolved matter. The HelloPeter complaint last month was closed shortly after I logged it. I have never met a Company who are so professional in delivering pathetic service to their clients with Joy.
Debt Repair Solutions deserves an award in manipulating people.
NB: it almost 2 years trying to resolve the issue but it seems like this Bernard and his bosses are purposely dragging it. No contact from Debt Repair Solutions people.
I know you will respond and close this on HelloPeter only but not actually resolving my issue, but I will keep on posting until everyone knows who are they dealing with.

We are not going to enter into a lengthy and protracted response herein save to state that you have indeed been contacted by our offices and you have been advised that the delay is not on our side but rather on the side of the Creditor. Numerous follow-ups have been done with the Creditor, and we continue to do so. We can most certainly not be held liable for the delay caused by a third party whom we have no control over.
As confirmed previously, all matters, save for this last one, have been finalised and we can assure you, we are doing everything in our power to ensure same is finalised urgently. We have involved Management and they have accordingly escalated the matter at the Creditor and we merely await a response.
Your matter is receiving attention and our offices have been in contact with you and will report on an outcome as soon as one is received from the third party creditor.

I am the only person who is phoning your and they would always say, "Bernard is currently busy with your matter and we will take your details and get Bernard to phone you back." Which he never did. I LAST SPOKE TO BERNARD BEGINNING OF LAST YEAR. I AM NOT SURE WHICH FEEDBACK GIVEN THAT YOU ARE REFERRING TO?. Ongiphile, told me last week that she asked Bernard to close my account using ITC profile but that also not done and no communication
