A DebtPay Loan is a financial product offered by an independent third-party credit provider which, where a consumer meets all qualifying criteria and affordability requirements, may be used to settle that consumer's own outstanding debts in full.VUKA CreditFix does not approve, grant, or guarantee loans. Our role is to assist consumers in credit rehabilitation, and to explore available options that may assist them in achieving financial wellness. Any loan application is subject to the credit provider's assessment processes ll applicable requirements prescribed by the National Credit Act.We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that misleading information was provided. Clients are advised that, after successfully maintaining their agreed payments and demonstrating financial commitment over a period of time, a DebtPay Loan option may be explored where appropriate. However, it is imperative to bear in mind that qualification is never guaranteed and remains subject to the credit provider's lending criteria, affordability assessments, credit checks, and final approval processes.Our objective is to provide consumers with information about potential solutions that may be available to them, while ensuring that all decisions are made responsibly and in accordance with South African credit legislation.
