Extremely poor service
Good day, In June this year 2024, I contacted DRS, to assist me with a clearance letter for my credit report. I provided them with the necessary information, they advised me they will look at my credit profile and get back to me, first debit order was made in June no feedback, second debit order went off in July no assistance, I called them and was advised that I still have one account outstanding, they asked me to settle it, and then they will assist me with the clearance letter, still they deducted in August, but there was no help from them to contact the company to request a discount, in September they managed to send the company a email, but that email bounced back, payment done again in September, they never did a follow up on that email, nor did they come back to me, i recently paid my account, I sent them whats app messages, to request the clearance letter, no response, so today i want a refund for all the months they deducted money and never assisted me i did all the follow up's i did the call backs emailed etc, I need my money as no service was delivered. The total i want is R1788, June month is excluded as only the one agent tried to help.
I want my refund before end of business today.

We confirm that representatives of our Company have been in contact with you in an attempt to discuss the matter with you, however, you are abusive and continue to use vulgar language and put the phone down on them.
You are referred to the Contract entered into with our offices which clearly states that we will not finalise any matters until our fees are paid in full and therefore, the matter was worked, however, steps were not taken to finalise same as you still had outstanding fees due to us as you elected to pay our fees over a 12 month period.
Furthermore, we have perused our records and note that, since June 2024, there have indeed been attempts to communicate with you and that various calls were made to you, however, were not answered and we also sent you SMS' to contact us.
We are not going to enter into further protracted correspondence on this platform and you are welcome to email us at *** or WhatsApp us on http://wa.me/*** should you wish to discuss any aspect of this matter further.
