I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received since signing up with this company. I truly wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews before committing, because my experience has been exactly as others described frustrating and unprofessional.

After signing up, I immediately received a mandate. The sign-up process was quick and efficient , but that efficiency ended there. I was promised a call from your lawyers within seven (7) days, which never happened.

When I called to cancel, I was assisted by a very rude representative named Dimakatso, who hung up on me and told me that whether I cancel or not, I would still have to pay the lawyers. This was shocking, especially since I had not yet received any legal assistance or debt clearance services from your team.

Later, another lady called me and convinced me to keep my membership, assuring me that my file was active and that I would be assisted soon. Based on that assurance, I agreed not to cancel. At the end of September, money was debited from my account (on 30 September), and I was promised a call within two days.

It is now 6 October, and I have still not received any call or assistance. When I phoned your office again, I was told that my membership was canceled , yet money was still taken from my account. I was AGAIN for the umpteenth time promised a call back which never came.

This situation is unacceptable. I have received no service, no communication, and no resolution, yet you have debited my account.

I am therefore requesting , without even having to call again. 1. An immediate explanation as to why funds were deducted despite a supposed cancellation. 2. Proof that my case was ever handled by your legal team if it even exists. 3. A full refund of the money debited from my account
