I've signed up and I've asked dem to cancel my debit order they blocked me and still have not cancel it. Very bad company

Regarding your cancellation, as per paragraph 11 of the signed contract, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein.
We encourage you to review that section of your agreement.
In the interim, we shall request Dimakatso Monyane to again attempt to contact you, which she has attempted on more than one occasion, to discuss the cancellation request.

I've been blocked by the consultant as she said after I signed up on Wednesday the 15th that you team be in contact with me, after the weekend I told her to please cancel on that Monday she said too busy to do it and then she blocked me.
Hence you'll debit when client asked for cancellation.
