Disappoint customer.

The company debited money from my account for a year and i received a call from a consultant telling me that they were done and that i will receive my clearance certificate and be removed from the "red flagged/debt review" since May 2024. According to my understanding that was supposed to be done within 21days, however i keep getting messages being sent to me telling me that "We are waiting for one of your creditors". I tried reaching out to them and even chat with them via WhatsApp, all i get is "We are trying to call you but your phone is not going through". I can't apply for a house or a place to stay cause my name is still under Debt review.
