Debit order going off after cancellation

I cancelled my contract end of November 2025, my account is still getting debited and I can’t stop it on my banking App. The consultants are rude and dishonest , the lady I spoke to Dikeledi Magoro was not empathetic at all , I need this debicheck cancelled and a refund for the subsequent months refunded to me ASAP
