Broken promises by Vuka Credit Fix.
I'm Ndazi Valencia Dwango. I have an account with Vuka CreditFix. I started paying them in 2021 and now I'm given a runaround by this company. I paid up what they required from me but nothing happened. They promised to remove me from Debt Review but they insisted I pay off all my debts before they can clear me. I did pay off all my debts this year and now they need more money for something they didn't assist me with.They wanted paid up letters from all my creditors which I did provided. Now I am sent from one consultant to another and told different stories. All I needed is my name to be clear and not a runaround.

Firstly, we advise that we have not been dealing with your file since 2021 as same was previously with another Company that was subsequently liquidated and their files were ceded to VUKA CreditFix.
Furthermore, we have record of a vast number of calls made to you to discuss the way forward on the finalisation of the debt review flag, however, our calls, messages and emails remain unanswered.
The additional fees are for matters over above what was initially quoted to you and which VUKA CreditFix is required to work.
We require to discuss this with you in detail, however, as stated above, we have been unable to make contact with you.
