BAD SERVICE FROM 3002 SIBUSISO
I want my money back or will open a case at the Police Station Bas service received from this company I want my R795 back Bad service I won't recommend them to anyone

Kindly note, however, that you authorised a payment of R795,00 against your banking account commencing in December 2025. We are in possession of the recording as well as the signed documents authorising same.
We further advise that our offices were closed for the Festive Season from 12 December 2025 and re-opened on 6 January 2026. Contact was made with you on 26 November 2025 and again on 6 January 2026 so we fail to understand your allegations.
Our offices will once again contact you to clarify your consent and authorisation.
