Bad Service
Very bad service.I have cancelled my services with them but they still deduct my money for 3months ,they refuse to cancel the debit order,they refuse to refund me,they don’t reply to my emails.I really trusted them

We note the contents of your review and wish to clarify the facts as follows:-
1. We have received your cancellation, however, as per paragraph 11 of the Contract signed by you, we are entitled to receive payment of fees incurred prior to cancellation, which is why the mandate has not been termianted as yet.
2. We are communicating directly with your Attorney in this regard and we recommend that you discuss communications with him.
We can confirm that, on receipt of payment of the outstanding monies due, owing and payable to us, we shall indeed cancel all future mandates.
