Bad poor communication and service

They deducted my money on the 21st without my concern, while I told them my salary date is the 25th when I ask for a refund they tell me they can’t, it’s their machine it’s been programmed to debit money on the 23rd and for them to refund me it will take 30 days. Very ****ed off with their poor service. I don’t think I will continue doing business with them anymore. They are not helpful but greedy for money.
