well on the 2 june 2023 i received their call, i have long term debts which i told the consultant that i have a long term debts which i wont finish any time soon so will the company be able to remove me from debts review while im still paying and the said they can, the little i know is that i have to finish all my debts because i can be removed on debts review. I called and canceled their service and now they send me letter of demand saying im owing them, while their cancelation policy say i can cancel anytime.
