The ****mers Debit Hero

This company called me and pitched a remarkable pitch on how they will decrease my monthly interest on my debit orders. Everything went well when they were still pitching the idea so they started assigning a so called lawyer who was dealing with my case. Month end came the took R1700 from my account and 1 on my debit orders took their monthly payment. I reached out to debit hero about the payment they said I needed to make a ticket on whatsapp, they gave me a run around and nothing was done. My accounts are not paid for and they is no way of reaching out to them. Am still under debit assessment
