I want my money from debt hero
I'm not happy with the service I cancelled my contract they still debt my money we thought my concern I call them every day they hang my calls please I need Ur help bcoz I want my money back they don't want to give it to me So wan I called them they ignore me Name Noko Sergio mabitla Id *** ***

Extremely poor Service
I approached Debt Hero because I needed professional assistance in reducing monthly payments with the current petrol prices Instead of improving my financial situation, I have been left significantly worse off. Before signing up with Debt Hero, I was managing my accounts and was not in arrears with my creditors. After paying Debt Hero and relying on their assurances that the necessary processes would be put in place, my creditors continued deducting from my account or attempting to do so. To date: Debt Hero deducted their fees from my account and all my creditors except one still deducted or tried to deduct. one tried to deduct which failed due to insufficient funds, resulting in bank charges and arrears notifications. I was even sent an email on 12 June 2026 advising that debit orders had been cancelled. This clearly did not happen, as creditors continued deducting or attempting to deduct from my account. What has been equally frustrating is the complete lack of communication and ownership. I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same banking information. One consultant instructed me to send screenshots of my bank statement because I was away from my computer. I comp**** immediately. I later also provided the relevant bank statement. Despite this, I continue receiving requests for the very same documents. When I raised a formal complaint, the response demonstrated that my concerns had not even been properly read or investigated. I had already explained that I personally reversed the one debit order, yet I was informed that Debt Hero would be requesting a refund from them. This gave me no confidence that anyone had actually investigated my complaint. The biggest issue is that I paid Debt Hero for assistance, yet my creditors continued with collections, I incurred bank charges, I have now been placed in arrears, and I have been left without enough money to cover essential living expenses, including my life insurance. The service I have received has consisted largely of repeated requests for documents I have already supp**** and generic responses that fail to address the actual complaint or even in line to what was already informed and discussed via telephone calls and emails I have requested written explanations regarding: Why my creditors continued deducting after I was advised that debit orders had been cancelled. What actions were actually taken with each creditor. How my payment to Debt Hero was used. What Debt Hero intends to do to rectify the financial prejudice I have suffered. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for meaningful answers. I expected a professional debt assistance service. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, a lack of accountability, and financial prejudice that has left me in a far worse position than before I became their client. I sincerely hoped Debt Hero will investigate this matter properly, take responsibility where appropriate, and work with me to resolve the situation before further regulatory action became neccesery however this month it seems like no action is being taken and they actually want to complain against my creditors for their own faulty and inproper Service facilitation
