Empty Promises dept councils

O my goodness. What the f.... I have e-mails to proof that my dept will be completed with in 3 years. But after today I was sock to find out my personal loan will only be complete in 4 years and 10 months. How the f did you promises me in 3 years which is on mail to 5 years. Number one of bridging you arrangement with me. I specifically asked make sure debt orders go of on the last day of the month. Or on the 1st of each month. Today on the 28Aug a debt order went off. I literally have R80 in my account left. I was not able to fill up some petrol. So I went and stand along the road side. My kids currently at 18:55pm 28th Aug is still not picked up from school. I trying to make a plan that someone can pick them up. Bridge number 2 I have it on mail on how much my debt order will be a month and I can show on my bank statement the debt order is more. Bridge of contract number 3 My personal lone are note been paid consistent the same amount, which make my personal amount to pay off even more. Why did you debt money today and not on the arrange date How can I cancel been with Dept Hero and struggle on my own to get my things paid off. I was relactend to sign up in the first place.
