What does receptionist mean?

Guys be careful when going on debt review with debt care .my accounts are all paid up and its been like 8 years now that I am trying to get this red flag removed.the receptionist is rude and refuses to give her name ,I have been dealing with janine the consultant that never calls back .its really been like 2 years since all debts ate paid and they still giving me the run around to have my name removed .accounts that are not even on my credit report or on my name but they say I must get letters.really not helpful dont choose this company you will suffer .even call centre staff have more customer experience than the receptionist
