This is my first experience and with the initial consultation with Zainap Meyer things went smoothly. She did advise me and the process was easily facilitated because of her support. Once I was formally on I had to communicate with others and that experience was a tad unprofessional. However I did get back to Zainap and she put me in touch with the correct channels of communication and the matter was resolved.
