It was already during the lockdown when I my query/request to Debt Care and I was not expecting any response but Tania Macdonald was there and responded to my query. This lady handled my query from beginning to end, what was great was although she also had issues getting hold of other people to assist she kept me informed all the way until the end.

She is a perfect description of Service Excellence and we need more of people like her in the service industry.
