I would like to write a review about Debt Care, and more especially the service I've received from Janine Van Sittert. Janine took over my file from a previous agent, who, unfortunately, had poor communication with me. Janine's professionalism and dedication was outstanding. She took ownership and ran with it, gave me daily updates, keeping me in the loop always. Right now after receiving the Clearance Certificate, we are in the process of receiving feedback from creditors and Janine is updating me on the status. The whole process was made simple by Debt Care, but the personal attention that I received from Janine and her team has been phenomenal, I will gladly recommend Debt Care to anyone that is looking to get their finances in order, especially after the pandemic of 2020. You will not go wrong with Debt Care.
