Good day, Tania Mac Donald has been assisting for awhile now and all I can say is a very big thank you to her. She has gone over and above the call of customer service. My journey with debtcare has been a long one, almost 5 years. This last few month Tania was really my life saver. Checking in to find out if I have received the necessary emails, telephone calls. I wanted to pay up the last of my debt and she got better amounts for me. I could pay them all in no time, Tania got all my payed up letters and much more. I'm now debt free, it's the best feeling ever, I got a great credit score which in can now work at and hopefully soon I can then purchase my own home.
