5 star for Janine Boltney

I emailed debtcare 3 days ago, sent a follow up email as well and requested a call back for an existing client with no response. Yesterday I requested a call back for a new client n within an hour an agent called back and had the nerve to tell my the call costed the company money because I am not a new client. I advised the agent that they call back so fast for new clients but leave the old clients in the lurch. I then contacted debtcare via WhatsApp yesterday and no one bothered to reply or assist me. Then today a lovely lady by the name of Janine Boltney assisted me with the professionalism I expect from any company and speed. Thank you so much Janine. You are an asset to the company. Sameera A
