I must start by saying some fast food stores are not strategic enough to understand that people won't just accept stupid excuses because they will eventually make one..I used my money to order food online and paid. So I waited close to an hour and called this number *** he told me your order is ready sir we just waiting for a guy to deliver. I then call again 25 minutes later a lady this time tells me we will call you back which I knew wouldn't happen..then the 3Rd time it's offline. I could've easy ordered something else with a reputable reliable fast food store now it's 2hours later. Do you actually think this store Was supposed to be open if 1St of all staff member give false information that the order is out already but the food never arrived. Let me guess the excuse is so predictable and ridiculous that covid 19 must be blamed for a lack of accountability and discerncy. I officially declare you as people without a plan just want people to pay and then you make up for the times lost. I want my refund for your incompetency it's not Even a delay. You are situated in a place that demands people s****s of high quality I wonder who interviewed those *****
