Zevenwacht store delivery service PATHETIC no order received.

I placed an order 18:09 its 21:15 my order has still not arrived. After receiving a confirmation sms at 18:13. This is the worst service ever as no correspondence has been made with me about why my order has not arrived the store Zevenwacht mall hasnt even attempted contact with me. When i make contact with them it's a scratchy line. Ive tried help on the App which keeps telling me call the store. Ive even inboxed the official page about my experience. Whats worse is i promised my kids when i placed the order the pizza would arrive soon. They went to bed having ate a sandwich very upset. This is absolutely pathetic at they store i ordered from is closed by now.
