Zero Service at Sam Ntuli Katlehong

The worse experience of what was meant to be a good day for my family and I. Placed an order at 17:52 and it's currently 20:33, I am in store to collect instead of a delivery because their driver made a decision to go the longest route for my order. Apologizing means nothing if I have to be in store to collect, wait for something I paid for over 2 hours ago. My time, money and energy has been wasted at this point in time. This is the worse experience I've had ever with this franchise and I am not satisfied that I have to eat at this hour with my family.
