Zero regard for customer service

What an appalling experience with Debonairs Pizza Rock Cottage. I placed an online order at 13:30, with a promised delivery time of 14:03. By 15:05 the pizza still hadn’t arrived, so I called the store and was told I’d get a call back in 3–5 minutes. No call. At 15:45, just as I was about to follow up again, the delivery guy finally arrived — with a cold, dry pizza. No apology, no explanation, nothing. He just dropped it off and left. Please save yourself the frustration, the delays, and the impatient nagging from hungry kids. Debonairs Rock Cottage (Randpark Ridge) has shown zero regard for customer service. Never again.
