zero customer service

they honestly deserve a zero rating when it comes to customer service. i went to debonairs pizza ezulwini the gables in swaziland on Friday afternoon. I walked in to find two ladies by the tills, 3rd lady was the manager they were busy with something. i stood there for close to 5 mins. it was like i was invisible, the manager finally looks up and i say can i please have service, and thats when she lazyly says in our language, ladies please assist the customer, it was as if they didnt hear anything because no one bothered themselves to atleast greet me and ask for some time to get done with what they were doing. i stood there for about a minute or two until i decided to step out with and leave them to be busy. i was really disappointed to be treated the way i was treated. i think they need a refresher on customer service together with the manager.
