ZERO customer service

I place an order at 14h30. I received my order around 18h30 after quite a few calls to both the call Centre and the shop itself. The pizza was cold and all squashed up. When I called the shop and spoke to the manager he was quite nonchalant and unmoved. The customer service is horrible to say the least.
