YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Called Debonairs Rivonia and was on a call for for more than 10 min with Yvonne who advised me that they DO delivery AROUND Sandton City , and asked me where was situated i told her at Inanda business park which is literally 5min away and situated on weirda rd . She then kept me on hold to ask her driver (Charles) if they will delivery and he said NO ,i asked why and did not get an answer .<br> I was then holding for the manager who was apparently on the phone , and i never got to speak to him ...<br> Yvonne then asked for my full address to give to driver but he INSISTED he will not deliver.<br> <br> Your Debonairs lacks customer service, and i am sure if i got a better explanation or was even referred to another branch that does deliver where i am i would not be typing this complaint.<br> <br> TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND DRIVERS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
