Your call center agent sucks

Well....here is my story. My wife decided not to cook and I said let's get some pizza. I called Debonairs pizza corlett drive I was through the call center I gues. A lady called Mpho answered the phone so casualy and I don't even think she understand English very well. She picked up the phone and she was still assisting another client asking him or her if he has a R7 change....Remember m still holding on the line. After she took her time and she finally attended me. She asked for my name and number as usual and the worse paty started when she asked me where I stay. I told her that I stay Lyndhurst. She than put me on hold asking her friends if they can delivery to my area. For Chris sake your got my details on your so called systems but you are still asking me whr I stay....why are having *********** employees to answer your calls....I had to wake up and drive to buy your fu...ckn pizza again...Your call center team rwally f..ck up my day...Call Centre idea was cool but get peaple who kwn how to answer phone calls from clients cos If it like this why can't you just tell us to come corlet our pizza or go somewhere alse.
