You left a horrible taste in my mouth!!!

I ordered pizza on 25/01/2022 at 19h30, pizza came after 9 and it was cold and the driver was super rude. I emailed you my complain but till today I haven't received any response from from you. I'm really disappointed. The worst part is the double cheese I had to pay R40 for that I could not see or taste because the pizza was horrible and cold! I then went to complain in dobsonville to find a manager who just brushes me off,never took me seriously.
