I am disappointed. Several times I had to wait more than 2 hours for my order to be delivered. When you phone to follow up on your order they simply just don't answer the phone. Last night I ordered online at 18:15... my order arrived just before nine and the driver says it is busy I must be patient. When I opened the boxes of Pizza it was all smashed and messed up. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I understand take away restaurants get busy but then you as owner/manager/franchise need to find a way to manage it. Plan ahead get more hands or take less orders. I am sure that I am not the only unhappy client.
